Fishing

Every 4-5 years the Wisconsin DNR does a comprehensive fish survey of the Waupaca Chain O'Lakes.  The following are the results of past surveys.

In spring 2019, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) conducted a comprehensive fish survey of the Waupaca Chain O’ Lakes in Waupaca County. The comprehensive survey included a fyke netting survey aimed at evaluating the northern pike, walleye, and panfish populations and an elec-trofishing survey aimed at the evaluating largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, and panfish populations.
